Session objectives
This plenary will aim a spotlight at the new 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and discuss how to best ensure that trade and investment contribute positively to the Sustainable Development Goals and their financing. A diverse group of speakers will discuss possible actions aimed at ensuring short- and long-term progress, including through multilateral rules and policies, regional integration, environmentally sustainable economic activity, and private sector efforts.
