Resource mobilizations to build climate resilient in Sub-Sahara Africa.
Africa climate change is developing and getting to increase it's rate of affecting the region. From Kenya to Ethiopia, from Tanzania to Uganda, from Sudan to Central Africa we noticed how people of these regions suffering.
On 8th September 2021, President Uhuru Kenyatta officially declared drought in parts of Kenya a national disaster. Crop and livestock production has been undermined by below average rain seasons in affected areas with failures of both the 2020 short rains (Oct-Dec) and the 2021 long rains (March-May) in some counties.
We don't own this planet. We are lucky to be here at all. We share this with many species both flora and fauna, but yet greedy corporations continue to exploit it, and threaten our future that is rapidly fading.
