Different measures should be adhered to enhance ozone layer protection
Ozone layer is a region of Earth's stratosphere that absorbs most of the Sun's ultraviolet radiation. It contains a high concentration of ozone (O3) in relation to other parts of the atmosphere, although still small in relation to other gases in the stratosphere (according to UNEP)
Ozone protects the Earth from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays from the Sun. Without the Ozone layer in the atmosphere, life on Earth would be very difficult, With a weakening of the Ozone Layer shield, humans would be more susceptible to skin cancer, cataracts and impaired immune systems.
In Tanzania the government has initiated the use of natural gases and solar energy which help to reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide and other waste gaseous that cause Greenhouse effects and definitely ozone layer destruction.
