Maasai people: Indigenous people of all time.
While we are celebrating the International Indigenous People Day there is a remarkable experience story to know about them and their life.
They have a unique life where they live with wildlife together (co-existence life) and having no harm to wildlife and their environment. They keep their cattle and other domestic animals as their main economic activities.
THEIR ROLE IN CONSERVATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL.
1. They practice small scale agriculture and use organic methods of treating their domestic animals, not use industrial chemical.
2. They are guardians of the endangered species like lions, elephant and rhino.
3. They eat traditional food, so they keep environment free of plastics.
4. They are environmental friendly as their life reflect the traditional sustainable ways of living. They hate modernity way of living.
Meet them in Northern part of Tanzania, (Arusha, Kiteto, Simanjiro).
