Unrest in South Africa
South Africa is a country in Africa that is rich and diverse with a melting pot of religions, races and ethnicities. The country has been in turmoil over the recent months due to various factors that all come together to tip the hand.
Inequalities, unemployment, the corona virus pandemic and the arrest of their president just but to mention a few. With more than half the country living under the poverty line inequality and unemployment are the major factors that sparked the violence and outcry from the people.
In a nation with some much diversity there is so much divide in terms of resources, access to quality jobs and education and peace and justice.
It is time not to look but to look forward with inclusion and equality to create a better living and working environment for all South Africans.
