Just popped in here to remind you of this big day today.
My request to you all is to pass the message/create awareness to the girls,female,ladies and women in your circle,at home,place of work or colleagues that menstruation is a natural occurrence and not a disease or magic...

Let's all embrace them and reach out to them by creating the awareness the theme being "It's time for Action" reach out by donating in sanitary towel drives happening,supporting the girls in anyway just to make them comfortable in their daily routines. I celebrate all yo ladies in here and the whole world for standing strong!And not giving up in fighting for your good health and well being (SDG3)
