DEFINING GREEN RECOVERY-UNEMG_EMG NEXUS DIALOGUES PART 1

To Define Green Recovery is to limit it's significance and flexibility. I think that trying to define green recovery is an attempt to try and come up with narrative that we can cite and use to shape our future forwards in action and policies.
What do we actually want to aim at? Is it changing the general GDP to a higher valuation or do we want to influence all the institutions that are governing the world today?
What we actually need to do is:

identify opportunities to take on that actually are a factor in the expected outcome for the green recovery

combine efforts to understand (the opportunities) what is going on, think of how we can make countries operate better, plan better and take advantage of the opportunities.
Things that can get us together to Acquire momentum and opportunities to operate with are such as the COVID-19 pandemic , biodiversity, climate change, laws ,environmental justice and environmental security.
