Ways To prevent Soil Erosion

Soil erosion is a concern not only for its impacts on plant growth, but also for its impacts to water quality. Soil is a valuable natural resource that nourishes and supports plant growth among many other things. When soil is left bare and exposed, wind and water can erode it.

In Tanzania we practice different methods of avoiding and preventing soil soil Erosion through emphasizing tree planting in all public institutes so as to plant more tress also to restrict deforestation also to provide education to Farmers who cultivate on steep slopes by advising them to use terracing method of Agriculture.
