Climate Action Day; Friday for future Kenya
Vuka means wake up in Zulu, we therefore ask everyone who is in his/her comfort zone to wake up and be a voice.
This Friday we come together and raise our voices against fossil fuel investments and the lack of action from our leaders.
We come together to demand a complete stop to all fossil fuel investments, exploration and exploitation.
We are sending a letter to all our leaders to honor the paris agreement that was ratified years ago
That climate policies take note of vulnerable workers who are affected by climate change. We are tired of policies that are written down and they are never acted upon
Everyone's voice matter and therefore a common mwananchi voice on climate change needs to be heard
Make ecocide an international crime
We are tired of empty promises we need a sustainable country
We don't want development that sacrifices our home.
The future is ours do not destroy it
WE DEMAND CLIMATE ACTION NOW!
