How Covid is affecting gender equality.

The pandemic has forced people to work from home which makes it a whole new work environment. Most people have found it difficult especially women. Research showed that women spend more hours than men on taking care of children and their homes because of their employment status. This brings challenges for women to work from home. Men and women both have equal rights to work and as well as responsibilities of their children.
