Justice and Human rights "we can't breathe"!
Injustice between race, sex, Religion, Opinions, disability and other differences is everywhere, and it is intolerable everywhere it occurs.
In reinforcing access to justice, the United Nation framework works with state partners to establish national action strategies and programmes for the transformation of justice and the implementation of services. United Nation agencies help Member States in strengthening justice in fields such as: supervision and evaluation; encouraging the vulnerable and oppressed to demand solutions and redress for injustice; enhancing judicial security, legal literacy and legal assistance; civil society and legislative oversight; tackling problems in the justice system, such as police abuse, inhumane jail conditions, long-term pre-trial measures.
There is a common objective of justice and human rights: human integrity and equality for all. Issues that make it impossible to attain justice, such as poverty, exclusion and discrimination, are in direct contrast with human rights, which are indiscriminately applicable to all persons: "People of all background have come together to demand change, 'enough is enough' "
"To the leaders, the people elected you to speak for them, you have the opportunity to make your name mean something too" Philonise Flyod emphasized before the House Judiciary Committee at a hearing on policing and accountability.
